Vague.

From the Vaccinationism Series.

VAGUE.

Artwork created by George Cox, Vague is inspired by a vogue cover featuring Twiggy. This issue was released at a time when birth control pills were being introduced and discusses the implications of blood clots. It was on the 23rd May 2021 that the Radio one presenter Lisa Shaw died that George started this piece, having heard she died due to a blood clot relating to her vaccination.

“The Vague piece highlights the health concerns that are associated with COVID vaccinations and the genuine fear that has been raised regarding this subject. I think that this illustration brings into discussion whether it is fair to judge people that are afraid of the medical implications that are circulating in the news associated with the vaccinations. I hope that this promotes discussion about this topic.”
