THE ILLUMINATI
The Illuminati was a secret society originating in Bavaria, now Germany. Adam Weishaupt became the only non-clerical professor at an institution ran by Jesuits in 1773. After years of discrimination from the clerics, he decided to spread ideas of the Enlightenment through a secret society. Averse to Freemasonry he decide to start his own, the Illuminati. After years of attempting to expand, in 1785 all secret societies were banned in Bavaria and saw the decline of the Illuminati. However many conspiracy theorists believe that the organisation have survived till today. They theorise that they are in control of major world events and have ultimate control over the entertainment industry. Many theorists highlight the all seeing eye in popular culture as a sign of this.

WHY IS CONDUCT IMPORTANT IN 2021 AN BEYOND?
Everyone lives by their own code of conduct. We all have set values and attributes that we live by and expect others to respect. By having a clear understanding and acceptance of the morals of society, we allow ourselves to be open to those around us. 2021 has seen more need for acceptance than any year, minority groups are finally starting to be embraced by a larger community. It is crucial that we know how to conduct ourselves to embolden a revived sense of community.
CONDUCT MATTERS
The ability to have different types of conduct in any situation. Our conduct is what makes each person individual. How a person behaves or reacts to a certain moment in time highlights the diversity in everyone. Whether you find anger or tolerance, happiness or sadness the way we behave is what makes us who we are and that is something we must celebrate.

CONDUCTORS
The first example of a conductor is a person who is entrusted with organising something that consists of many elements. The most well known version of a conductor is those who conduct an orchestra. A conductor is crucial to keeping the large band in sync with each other so they can create the grandiose sound required. With the baton, the conductor stands facing the orchestra and keeps the tempo almost like a human metronome. They will also indicate cues for different sections to begin or finish playing, as well as volume in which each part plays. Truly the heart pulsing through the orchestra.
CONDUCTORS IN SCIENCE
A conductor when it comes to science is a substance that allows electrical charge carriers, usually electrons, to move from atom to atom. Conductors can be used to transfer electricity, heat and sound. Pure elemental silver is the most effective conductor however is not one of the most commonly used for wiring. This is due to the fact that it begins to corrode with usage, not only is this a safety hazard but it makes the transfer of electricity patchy and unreliable. Copper is used much more often as it is very pliable and is much more durable than silver.
ORGANISED CRIME GROUPS
The conspiracy to commit a crime is very prevalent when it comes to organised crime groups. More commonly known as gangs or mafias their aim is usually to earn money, fear and hold dominion over a certain geographical area and be the kingpins of a certain illegal activity. The achieve this goal by any means necessary, members of these groups are usually considered to be ruthless and only loyal to the leaders of the gang.
Omertà
Omertà is the code of silence and honour in the Italian Mafia. It highlights the importance in the group to not confide with anyone outside the gang and to stay silent when being questioned by any establishment about their group. Omertà is sacred to the Italian Mafia and highlights that no one in the gang should seek legal aid for any personal grievances, they believe it should all be dealt with in house. In some cases, those who break Omertà have been punished by a gruesome death.
